The plot introduces a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a clandestine cult.

The adventure centers on "strange experiments and a terrifying adversary" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The trailer showcases the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through eras.
